Interested in learning about the inner workings of a large private or public organization?

If so, you may be interested in majoring in Management and Society. The term “management and society” encompasses not only direct interactions between management and organized labor but also matters such as governmental policy, industrial psychology, industrial sociology, personnel administration, and worker education.

This interdisciplinary major integrates courses in psychology, sociology, government, administration, history, and economics so that you will be prepared with the background necessary to accept positions in human resources, administration, and management after graduation.
