Applying for Readmission
Any student who withdraws or fails to complete a semester and wishes to re-enroll as a regular, full-time student should reapply for admission.
If you are applying for readmission for Spring 2010 or Summer Session (I or II) 2010, please do so through our existing Online Readmission Application. If you are applying for readmission for Fall 2010, access the application apply through your MyUNC portal. To access MyUNC, you may log in or create your MyUNC account.
Special Note: The online Nursing Application for Spring 2010 readmissions is now available through your UNC Portal.
A student leaving the University with an academic deficiency must restore his or her eligibility and complete this application in order to be readmitted as a regular student.
If your academic ineligibility is due to an insufficient grade-point average then you must raise your GPA by enrolling in additional UNC-Chapel Hill courses to restore your eligibility. You may:
• attend UNC-Chapel Hill Summer School
• enroll in and complete appropriate Carolina Courses Online
• enroll in and complete appropriate UNC-Chapel Hill Self-paced Courses
Students who complete summer courses on campus with satisfactory grades will be eligible to continue their studies at UNC without further action. Students completing Carolina Courses Online or UNC-CH Self-paced Courses will need to apply for readmission to be eligible to take courses on campus in the fall, spring, or summer sessions.

A student leaving the University for medical or disciplinary reasons must complete this application and have clearance from either Student Health Service or the Office of Student Affairs as appropriate before being readmitted.
