Class of 2021: Get Connected to the Right Classes

Pop quiz! What do Yoga, Nascar, and Japanese Myths have in common? They’re all topics discussed in first-year seminar classes for this fall! With these and so many other enriching and foundational courses to take, your academic advisor will be a great resource for helping you make the most of your academic journey at Carolina.

Don’t Miss Out: But before you meet with an academic advisor during new student orientation, don’t forget to complete the brief academic advising survey you were sent via email from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. The survey includes information about foundational English options, foreign languages, first-year seminars and academic interests areas. In light of AP exams, the deadline to complete the survey has been extended to Sunday, May 14 at 11:59 pm.* Click here to take the survey.

Based on your responses, you’ll be enrolled in two courses to help you get your fall semester schedule started. If you are do not complete the survey, you’ll be randomly assigned to two courses so we highly recommend that you complete the survey if you haven’t already. If you have any technical issues with the survey, please click here for help.

*If you are a first-year admitted student who has been invited to Honors Carolina, please follow the instructions and complete the survey you were sent from the Honors Carolina office instead of this one.

Hi, OOS student here and forgive the intrusion but has the team determined whether any students will be selected from the Wait List this year? I would be great in the Japanese Myths class. 🙂
