Seeing is understanding.
Let’s face it: You can learn only so much about a place from words and pictures on a website or in a brochure. The best way to decide if Carolina is the right place for you is to tour our campus in person and meet the friendly and talented students who will become part of your community.
Your visit will include a 45 minute information session with an admissions staff member, followed by a 75-90 minute walking tour of campus led by a current student. Note that our information sessions are held in a variety of on-campus locations. We encourage you to double-check your confirmation email prior to arrival.
If an event labelled “Admissions Information Session & Campus Tour” is not visible on our calendar***, it means that we are not offering a session on that day, the session for that day is already full, or the session for that day is reserved for high school groups. Please note that sessions marked “School Group Visit” are sessions reserved for groups of 10 -50 high school students.
If our schedule does not align with yours, and you decide to visit our campus, please stop by our office in Jackson Hall to pick up information for a self-guided tour. During regular office hours, Admissions Counselors are also available to answer questions.
If you have questions, feel free to give us a call at 919-966-3621.
*** In observance of the approaching holidays and undergraduate student winter break, we will be offering the last information session and campus tour for the calendar year on Friday, December 16. Additionally, the University will be closed from Monday, December 26 through Monday, January 2. During this time, while the Admissions Office will be closed, you may continue to register online for future information sessions and campus tours. We appreciate your interest in Carolina and wish you a happy, healthy holiday season!
